The Bear Care Clinic at Shawnee State University is partnering with Portsmouth City Health Department for a Flu Vaccination Clinic on Tuesday October 29 from 1 to 4 pm.
The event will be held in the rotunda of Morris University Center (Campus Map).
Ohio insurance cards will be accepted. If you have out-of-state insurance, or if you do not have insurance, the cost of the vaccine is $25 (cash only, please have exact change).
Portsmouth City Health Department has provided a Registration Form (PDF) that may be filled out in advance. If you are using insurance, please include your home address on the registration form.
