Important Financial Aid Dates 2022-23

October 1, 2021 All students FAFSA available for following academic year. Complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after this date each year.
October 1, 2021 New students Merit scholarship awards begin.
December 1, 2021 All students Complete FAFSA by this date for priority consideration for limited funding sources.
December 15, 2021 All students Initial Financial Aid Offer letters sent to students with complete records. Aid offers are sent continually.
January 15, 2022 Incoming freshman Admission application, transcript, and test scores need to be received for merit scholarships for priority consideration.
May 4, 2022 All students Summer payment due
May 9, 2022 All students Summer 1st 7 week session begins
May 23, 2022 All students Summer 10 week & 1st 5 week session begins
May 27, 2022 All students Summer Pell recalculation date for all summer sessions
June 1, 2022 Incoming freshman Admission application, transcript, and test scores need to be received for final merit scholarships consideration.
June 27, 2022 All students Summer 2nd 5 week & 2nd 7 week sessions begin
July 1, 2022 All students FAFSA, verification documents, loan acceptance, entrance counseling and master promissory note should be submitted prior this date to ensure aid is processed by the fall payment date. Students may continue to submit items after this date though aid may not be processed by the fall payment deadline.
August 10, 2022 All students Fall payment due
Mid-August, 2022 All students Summer semester satisfactory academic progress evaluated
August 22, 2022 All students Fall semester begins
September 2, 2022 All students Fall Pell recalculation date for all fall sessions
Mid-December, 2022 All students Fall semester satisfactory academic progress evaluated
January 4, 2023 All students Spring payment due
