The National Collegiate Athletic Association announced that Shawnee State University has been accepted as a provisional member of Division II. The Bears will join the Mountain East Conference this summer.
Shawnee State University will be closed for Winter Break from Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025 through Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. While offices are closed, access to MySSU – including registration, billing, and financial aid – remains available.
Shawnee State students can now participate in lab coursework in Chillicothe as part of our ongoing partnership with Adena Health.
