Shawnee State University Success Stories
Dalton was attracted to Shawnee State University's nationally-ranked game design programs. With two distinct, but coordinated, programs in game design — one focused on game art and one focused on game programming — Dalton knew he would be prepared for a career in the game development industry.
Gabe finished his undergraduate degree in pre-med at Shawnee State and is now completing med school. The hands-on experiences he had in Shawnee State’s advanced labs, including human anatomy where students dissect cadavers, prepared him for his next step.
Students in the Plastics Engineering Technology program at Shawnee State University have created prototypes for face shields that could be used to protect local health care workers.
