More than 800 new students who will join Shawnee State University, along with their families, were welcomed during several orientation sessions held over the summer. New students toured campus, registered for classes, received student IDs, and heard words of wisdom from current students as they prepare to begin the transition to college life. Fall classes begin at Shawnee State on August 26.
