Attending students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities throughout the day to provide them with more information about SSU’s nationally-ranked Plastics Engineering Technology program. The event will offer tours of the campus, student and parent interactive workshops, academics and scientific presentations, a panel of industry SSU alumni, and lunch in the Bears’ Den Dining Hall. Students will also have the chance to operate plastics processing equipment and create their choice of a polymer-based plastic product like ice scrapers or Frisbees.

Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Morris University Center on campus and the event will officially begin at 9:30 a.m. To learn more about the event or to register for SSU’s Plastics Day, visit
