Pursuant to HB 404 of the 133th Ohio General Assembly, the Board of Trustees of Shawnee State University will hold its March 19, 2021, Board meeting and Committee meetings by teleconference.
Trustees and the public will be permitted to attend the meeting by teleconference. Trustees may vote by teleconference, and resolutions and other actions taken by the Board will have the same effect as if the meeting had taken place in person.
