FY 2020 Performance Management Process

We have entered the beginning of the FY20 Performance Management process. Similar to the last review period, there will be two processes:

  1. Executives and Administrators (including ATSS) – Goal Setting and Review
  2. Support Staff – Performance Expectation meetings and Review

Goal Setting and Review Forms

We have attached a DocuSign guide (PDF) for employees who are new to DocuSign. If an employee has a DocuSign account question, they can email Sarah Brown at ext. 3460 or sbrown@shawnee.edu.

  1. Performance Expectations (Goals and Competencies)
  2. Ongoing Coaching & Feedback
  3. Review for Employee Development (Goal Results and Competency strengths and development needs)
