Campus Counseling Services offers a variety of skill building and experiential workshops focused on issues that often occur among college students. These workshops are free and open to all university enrolled students. Workshops are 50 minutes and are limited to 12 members.

Beating Depression is a psycho-educational workshop providing information on symptoms of depression, challenging myths, function of anti-depressants in treatment and how depression affects the neurotransmitters of the brain. Anxiety 101 is a psycho-educational workshop providing information on symptoms of anxiety, understanding the causes and effects, and learning coping skills to relieve anxiety symptoms.This workshop has four sessions.Minimum enrollment of 3 students required for workshop to be facilitated.
