About Records Retention

In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Section 149.33, Shawnee State University has established a records retention program to ensure the proper scheduling, storage and disposal of university records. The program is under the jurisdiction of a Records Manager, in consultation with the Records Retention Committee and is responsible for the administration and primary oversight of the University records management system.
