St. Jude’s Trike-a-Thon and Trick-or-Treat Across Campus

Dear Campus Community Partners,

It’s time for our annual St. Jude’s Trike-a-Thon and Trick-or-Treat across campus! Please complete this form by Monday, October 23rd if your office would like to participate.

The children will be collecting donations for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, as well as treats for themselves, on Thursday, October 26th between 10:00 and 11:00 A.M.  We can’t thank you enough for your continued support!

If your office would prefer to drop off donations or have donations picked up beforehand, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
