Please complete the following form. You will be contacted through your shawnee MyMail email account.

If possible, students will be given preferred days and times based upon requests, however, please list all available times each day so that you can work your specified hours per week. The amount of hours you are requesting to work needs to match your hours that you are available. You can provide MORE hours, but the minimum work hours must match the available hours.
By submitting this form, I verify that I have read and understand the Tutor Policies and agree to permit the release of my contact information (email, phone number) to the tutee. Tutor training is a requirement, but students will be paid normal hourly rate for time spent in training.
