Shawnee State University’s Office of the Registrar has released the names of those students named to the President’s and Dean’s Lists within the university for the Spring 2021 semester.

After attending another university for a year, Brittany Bolton chose to return to her hometown and transfer to Shawnee State University.

SSU Homecoming Weekend will take place Oct. 1 & 2, 2021 with events held in-person and virtually throughout the week leading up to the weekend celebration.

Shawnee State University’s activities for the Golden Bears program will resume on campus starting Jul. 7, 2021. Operating remotely since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, program members will be welcomed back to campus for in-person programming and events.

Shawnee State University’s Clark Planetarium has recently reopened its facility for campus and public use. Closing down at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility and staff are excited to return to hosting shows twice a week that are free to the public to attend.
