Shawnee State University’s Office of Admission will welcome high school juniors and seniors to a Computing Day on Friday, Oct. 25 on campus.

The Vern Riffe Center for the Arts (VRCFA) at Shawnee State University will host Broadway’s “Shrek, The Musical” on Thursday, Oct. 17.

The Shawnee State University Board of Trustees accepted a three-year contract Sept. 20 between the University and the Shawnee Education Association (SEA), which represents the faculty of the University.  

The campus of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth will play the role of the fictitious Columbia State University on Thursday, October 3rd and Friday, October 4th as law enforcement Special Response Teams (SRT) from around southeastern Ohio will take part in an Ohio Homeland Security active aggressor exercise.
