Graduating from Shawnee State University in 2003, Shondrika Merritt knew she found the right place to pursue her college degree as soon as she set foot on campus.

The Shawnee State University Development Foundation’s annual President’s Gala has raised $34,500 for the Friends of Shawnee Scholarship fund.
