Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant (21st CCLC) through the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce. Benefiting Clay Local School District, the funding will provide support for the “Pawsitive Panthers” out-of-school program. The grant program provides a total of $850,000 in funding over the lifetime of the grant.
