Knowing the competitive job market, Dotson wasted no time in deciding to pursue her graduate degree to help her stand out among other recent graduates entering the work force. Walking in the Spring 2024 commencement ceremony among the first cohort of the graduate program, Dotson will finish her degree this summer.
