IT for Learning – Classrooms, Computer Labs and Online
ITS is committed to ensuring that technology is up to date and functional in academic classrooms and lecture halls, computer labs and virtual classrooms. This means that all installed software is operating on the latest release, based on the current licensing requirements, including each instructor station. It also means that student and faculty accounts for online learning management are ready when you are, to use them. Select the appropriate link below to get started.

Quick Help is designed to help you adjust to new software, find "how-to" answers, and make your daily tasks easier. ITS is using "Tech Tip Tuesday" to send short Quick Help videos to you. You can view these training videos any place, any time, on any device on your own. Follow the link below

Atomic Learning
Atomic Learning© provides training on over 250 of the most commonly used software applications, such as Microsoft Office, SPSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Blackboard, Acrobat, Photoshop and many more. These software tutorials break down each application into manageable tasks and explain each task through a one to three-minute video tutorial. You can view a tutorial when you have a quick question about a program you're using, or you can view a series of tutorials and master an entire application.
The Atomic Learning package has been linked to your MySSU to make is even easier to use.
To Access Atomic Learning:
- Visit MySSU https://myssu.shawnee.edu/ics
- Login with your normal MySSU login
- Look for the Atomic Learning Logo on the main page.
- Under that image you will see a box that say "Sign in to Atomic Learning"
- Click that and it will pass you directly into the Atomic Learning site and give you access to the tool.

SMARTCollaboration provides a YouTube Channel dedicated training resources for their various products.
Specifically, the following videos are available as reference for those using the new SMART Whiteboards that are running SMART Meeting Pro software. This includes the new Smart device that was installed in Teacher Ed Room 134.
