About CX (CARS)
Shawnee State University began using Jenzabar’s CX administrative system in 2000. This package is a completely integrated, enterprise-wide system of communication and information, using state-of-the-art, evolutionary software and hardware. CX provides an integrated database to reduce duplication of data and simplify things for the student, a student web interface (registration, grades, billing), document imaging for record retention, and a communications package, which integrates with Microsoft products for mailings to students and employee. The web functions are via Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution (JICS).
