Request to Be a Note Taker

Note taking requirements:

  • Note takers are expected to submit notes weekly for the full 15-week semester in order to receive the total stipend for the semester.
  • Note takers are to inform an Accessibility Coordinator when they are absent from class for illness or that a class has been cancelled by the instructor.
  • Note Takers are responsible for completing new hire HR paperwork and signing their stipend contract at the end of the semester in order to receive the stipend payment.
  • Note Takers must understand that a note taking assignment could be cancelled at any time if the student that need notes withdraws from the course or if the note taker proves unreliable in providing notes.
