Mckinley Box Office

The McKinley Box Office is located in the grande lobby of the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts at Shawnee State University. You may park in the adjacent lot or temporarily in the circular drive.

Tickets may be purchased by phone at 740.351.3600 using a MasterCard or Visa, in person, or by mail. Personal checks are also accepted.

Special rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Student and senior rates are also available. For additional information you may call 740.351.3640.

Mckinley Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The box office is open one (1) hour prior to the performance and remains open a half hour after the start of the performance for late arrivals.

What if I lose my tickets?

Contact the Box Office Manager. A voucher will be issued for the seat location of the original subscription ticket.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available. However, unused tickets may be returned to the box office prior to the show in exchange for a receipt which entitles you to a tax deduction.
