In Person
The McKinley Box Office is located just inside the main entrance of
the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the campus of Shawnee State
University. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday 10:00a.m. to
5:00p.m. and one hour prior to each performance.
Group Tickets
Ten or more tickets ordered at the same time, for the same event, may
qualify for a 10% group discount. Please contact the Box Office
Manager at least two weeks prior to an event. Group tickets may be
limited by availability.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available; however, unused
tickets may be returned to the box office prior to the show in
exchange for a receipt which entitles you to a tax deduction.
Lost Tickets
Contact the Box Office Manager. A voucher will be issued for the seat
location of the original subscription ticket.
