On Friday March 7, 2008, the Ohio South Consortium, assembled at the Rhodes Athletic Center on the campus of Shawnee State University to participate in the 2008 Tech Prep Showcase. One hundred twenty-three students from Lawrence, Pike and Scioto Counties observed the event and presented information on topics within their pathway of study. Twenty-one professionals from a variety of businesses and industries served as judges to review and evaluate student projects, which spanned five Tech Prep career areas including: Business, Teaching Professions, Health Technologies, Criminal Science, and Information Technology. Certificates and medals were presented to all teams on the merits of their projects.
