The Ohio South
Tech Prep Showcase
Shawnee State University
March 2, 2007
On Friday March 2, 2007, the Ohio South Consortium, which is
comprised of Tech Prep students from Adam, Lawrence, Pike, and
Scioto Counties, assembled at the Rhodes Center on the campus of
Shawnee State University to participate in the 2007 Tech Prep
Showcase. Nearly 150 students presented information on topics within
their pathway of study. Thirty-four professionals from a variety of
businesses and industries served as judges to review and evaluate
student projects, which spanned five Tech Prep career areas
including: Business, Teaching Professions, Health Technologies,
Criminal Science, and Information Technology/Interactive Media.
Certificates and medals were presented to all teams on the merits of
their projects.
