Targeting Industries Training Grant

University Outreach Services, through Business and Industry Training, offers programs and services to enhance and develop business in the region and to provide training and development of skilled employees.

Business and Industry Training offers an array of non-credit opportunities from customized business and industry training, to professional development and relicensure, and one-day workshops and seminars.  Click on Course Schedule to view current listings.

SSU supports the development and growth of the region by working with companies to enhance the skills of their employees.  From refreshing basic skills to learning advanced technology training, SSU can meet your needs.  Business and Industry Training will work directly with your company to create a customized educational package to meet your specific training needs.  

EnterpriseOhio Network

The EnterpriseOhio Network is an association of two-year campuses across the State of Ohio that function as key components of the state's economic development by partnering with companies and public sector organizations to improve quality, productivity, and competitive ability through employee training.  As a member of the EnterpriseOhio Network, SSU is able to expand and collaborate services to meet your training needs.  In addition, funding may be available to help cover your training expenses through Targeted Industries Training Grants.
