Thank you to the Presenters, Attendees, and Vendors and hope to see you at OHECC 2006.

OHECC 2005 is hosted by Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio.  The conference will begin on Thursday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m. and conclude on Friday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m.  All conference events will be held at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on Shawnee State's Campus.

The theme for the OHECC 2005 is "dot edu:  The Changing Face of Technology in Higher Education."   During the two days of the conference, we'll explore how technology continues to change both the academic and administrative environment of higher education.  We'll explore the latest technology being deployed to the classroom and throughout the administrative offices of our campuses.  This focus on "dot edu:  The Changing Face of Technology in Higher Education" will be addressed in breakout and roundtable sessions organized around the following four tracks:

  • Management, Leadership and Soft Skills
  • Teaching and Learning
  • Support and Training
  • Technology and Infrastructure

OHECC conferences welcome all higher education employees who are involved in managing, supporting, and using information technologies in academia and vendors who provide technology-related products/services to higher education institutions.
