Many of the campus accounts have a password self-service reset feature that will allow you to reset your password if you forget it.  To take advantage of this feature please take a few moments and enroll for each account.  Once you have successfully completed the quick enrollment process you will be able to reset your passwords for these accounts without visiting the Help Desk.  Please click here for the Enrollment Page.

 

 

If you have completed the enrollment process and need to have your password reset because it has been forgotten or because it's expired please click on the appropriate link:

 

Network Account -- this is the account used to log onto campus computers and access library resources.  This is also used for faculty/staff email accounts.

 

MySSU -- please remember before you will have the option to reset your password you first need to attempt to log into MySSU.

 

Student Email -- this is the account used for @mymail.shawnee.edu accounts.  Since these are lifetime accounts it is important to enroll since UIS will not be able to reset passwords without a picture ID.
