About Technical Support

The instructions found on the technical support pages are designed to assist the university community with a variety of hardware and software issues.  If you have questions regarding any of the documentation, please stop by the Help Desk located in the basement of the Administration Building in room 005b.

The Help Desk has created a Training Resources page that has training videos for various MySSU components, PowerPoint presentations for Office 2003, as well as videos for common tasks associated with computing at Shawnee State University.
