Two additional Campus View Housing buildings were completed and populated for the Fall Quarter of 2006, Campus View 12 and Campus View 13. The buildings house 48 students each and bring the total number of Campus View Housing Units to 9.

Campus View Housing is owned and operated by an independent third party. Shawnee State University provides telephone services and network connectivity to the buildings and exclusively leases the units for student housing. All units are wired for computer network access and telephone service in each bedroom and common living area.

The campus network infrastructure between Massie Hall and the two new Campus View Housing Units was installed during the month of June 2006. The contract was awarded on May 1, 2006.
