TInstitutional Policy & Notification Requirements

• As of November 21, 1996, an institution is no longer required to have a written institutional policy.
• The benefit of having a policy is that we have guidelines to follow.
  • SSU has a written policy 3.04 available on the Board of Trustees website.
• SSU notifies students of their rights under FERPA in the SSU Chronicle.
