Bear e-Buy is a resounding success!

Procurement Services is pleased to announce that the initial training schedule for the rollout of Bear e-Buy - our new e-procurement system - has concluded, and paper purchase orders should now be a thing of the past.

Training sessions will continue to be scheduled, periodically, as needed, for requestors and approvers. Watch this space for dates, times, and locations.

"Networking for Success" Reverse Trade Fair

Karen Arthur represented Shawnee State's Purchasing Department at the "Networking for Success" Reverse Trade Fair, hosted by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services' Equal Opportunity Division in Columbus, Ohio, on Nov. 5.

Over 700 MBE and EDGE vendors and 77 state agencies and universities attended the event, which brought buyers and sellers together for this unique networking opportunity.
