Description |
The
Department of Natural Sciences at Shawnee State University
invites applications for a continuing contract (tenure-track)
position in Organic Chemistry at the Assistant Professor level
to begin August 2012. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry
or related field and should have a strong interest in
undergraduate teaching and the desire to involve undergraduate
students in research. Teaching duties will include Organic
Chemistry, Introductory Chemistry, associated labs, and other
courses as needed. Other duties include institutional,
departmental and community service and student advising.
