Two bedroom apartments include a large living room,
kitchen, full bath and half bath. Four students per apartment

Tanner Place is one block from the University Center
and the Dining Facilities.

Tanner Place 2012-2013 Fees:

Meal Plans

        19 meals per week + $25 flex dollars -- $1665 per semester
        (required for ALL freshman housing students, 0-29 credit hours earned)

        15 meals per week + $25 flex dollars -- $1557 per semester

        12 meals per week + $25 flex dollars -- $1376 per semester

           Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors (30+ Earned Credit Hours) may select any meal plan options.
 
          Juniors and Seniors(60+ Earned Credit Hours) may opt not to participate in any meal plan

Additional Housing Fees:

COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FEE: $102 per semester.
