a tournament designed to elevate and inspire youth, promote community development, and bring baseball back to the region. Admission to all games is free. Neal Hatcher Field (Portsmouth High School)
--From downtown, follow Gallia St. east and make a left on Findlay St.
Valley High School
--From downtown, Rt 23 N. Make a right on Rt 728. Follow past prison. Turn left on Flatwood-Fallentimber Rd. Field is a half mile on the right.
