Shawnee State University Women’s Center Hosts Comfort Bundles Drive for Stepping Stone House

            Shawnee State University’s Women’s Center is asking for donations for Stepping Stone House from Monday, Nov. 1 to Friday, Nov. 12 for a “Comfort Bundle.” The items needed are hand towels, wash cloths, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, nail care items, antibacterial liquid bath soap, body lotion, twin sheets and comforters, pillows and pillow cases.
            Stepping Stone House is a residential drug treatment program for women located in Portsmouth.
            Drop off locations and contacts include the Women’s Center (Ann Linden), James A. Rhodes Athletic Center (Jonna Cook), Clark Memorial Library (Donna Thompson), Natural Sciences Office (Sharon Messer), President’s Office (Mistie Spicer), Vern Riffe Center for the Arts (Gina Bradley), and Center for Community Service in the University Center (Nikki Karabinis).
