Shawnee State University’s international students ‘meet and
greet’
The Center for International Programs and Activities at
Shawnee State University hosted a “Meet and Greet” in the
Clark Memorial Library Alcove on Wednesday, Oct. 7 with food
from many different countries represented. SSU has 30
international students on campus this semester. Some of the
students in attendance are front row, from left, Samuel E.
Ndungu, Kenya; Aina Amiralina, Kazakhstan; CIPA Director
Rita Haider; and Durelle J. Love, Dayton. In the middle row,
left side, are Carlos Chiva Cantavella, Spain, and Nereida
