            SSU students pick vegetables from the Portsmouth Pantry Garden as part of Shawnee Gives Back on Friday, Aug. 13. The vegetables that are picked from the Portsmouth Pantry Garden are donated to God’s Pantry at Second Street Presbyterian Church and Salvation Army. Nearly 350 volunteers were involved in the Shawnee Gives Back Event. The event was sponsored by Student Housing.
