Main Street Portsmouth and Shawnee State University are teaming up to hold a Street Fair on Saturday, Aug. 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Roy Rogers Esplanade in downtown Portsmouth.
The Main Street Portsmouth Farmer's Market will be open on the esplanade from 9 a.m. to noon with arts and crafts, music, dancing and free food until 4 p.m.
The event is open to the public. There is no charge to set up a table at the fair. Groups, businesses and individuals are welcome to sell homemade crafts, artwork, baked goods and more.
