Students in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Shawnee State University helped establish a new scholarship for students in the program.
The Kay Beegan Physical Therapy Assistant Scholarship Fund at Shawnee State University was named to honor long-time faculty member Kay Beegan.
"We thought it would be a good idea to name this scholarship after Kay," said Neil Evans, associate professor, PTA program. "She has been involved in the program since the beginning."
