Mayor presents SSU with Proclamation for 25th Anniversary at Birthday Bash

Mayor David Malone presented Shawnee State University President Rita Rice Morris with a proclamation declaring 2011-12 to be the Shawnee State University 25th Anniversary Year and urged all citizens to pay tribute to the contributions that Shawnee State makes to the Portsmouth area community at the university's Birthday Bash on Friday, April 8. After the presentation, the mayor joined the festivities and sang with the Karaoke music.
