The James Hixon Huntington High School Business Scholarship has been awarded to Shawnee State University student Lindsay Mitchell, of Chillicothe, Ohio.
The endowed scholarship was established in 2008 at the death of Mr. Hixon. Recipients must be graduates of Huntington High School in Chillicothe and must be pursuing a business degree at SSU.
