            Shawnee State University will be offering real estate courses from March 23 through May 27.
            Three courses will be offered as part of the program, including Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Finance and Appraisal.
            Real Estate Principles and Practices is the introduction of real estate economics and administration. Real Estate Law includes the law of agency as applied to real estate brokers and salesmen, law of fixtures, estates, conveyancing of real estate, real estate managers, license laws of Ohio, zoning, cooperatives and condominiums.
            Real Estate Finance and Appraisal analyzes real estate finance, including lending policies in finance transactions in residential, commercial and special purpose properties.
