Morris Awarded Blackburn's Business Scholarship

Leo Blackburn wished to provide an opportunity for students pursuing business ventures and, therefore, created a scholarship for students seeking a bachelor's degree in several fields of business, with good academic standing, and exhibiting good character.

Ashley Morris, of Portsmouth, Ohio, is the recipient of the "Leo and Julia Blackburn Business Scholarship" for the 2011-12 academic year.
