Ridout Awarded Hossman Scholarship at Shawnee State University

Rachael Ridout, of West Portsmouth, is the 2011-12 recipient of the Arthur W. and Anne Carson Hossman Scholarship at Shawnee State University.

Anne Hossman established the scholarship in 2004 to honor her husband, Arthur, by supporting Shawnee State University and providing financial assistance to deserving students.

The Arthur W. and Anne Carson Hossman Scholarship is for a Scioto County native who is in good academic standing and is entering his or her sophomore, junior or senior year at Shawnee State.
