           As part of this year’s celebration of Black History Month, Shawnee State University will be hosting Jabali Afrika, a music troupe from Kenya, on Friday, Feb. 6, in the SSU Vern Riffe Center for the Arts at 7:30 p.m.

           The group features a blend of song, dance, and instruments, interspersed with an exotic collection of African rhythms, and features performers who have performed nationally and internationally with the Kenya National Dance Theatre troupe.
