Historical Oral Presentation “From Here” to Visit SSU
(Please run from 8/7 to 9/14)

           “From Here,” an oral presentation of local and regional Ohio history, will be held in the Shawnee State University (SSU) Vern Riffe Center for the Arts Main Theater from Sept. 12 to 14. Presented by the Wallpaper Project, an oral history production company, the free presentation will feature professional and local actors, including SSU students. The 1937 flood will be Scioto County’s historical contribution depicted in the presentation based upon the John Lorentz award-winning documentary “A River Runs Through It.”

           “From Here” will be shown at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 12; 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 13; and 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 14.
