SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Contact: Customer service
training workshop The office of university outreach services’ business and industry training group at Shawnee State University (SSU), in conjunction with EnterpriseOhio Network and achieveglobal, are offering the training workshops, “Connecting with the Customer” and “Meeting Unspoken Customer Needs,” in the Advanced Technology Center at SSU on Nov. 6. The first session, “Connecting with the Customer,” will run from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and the second session, “Meeting Unspoken Customer Needs,” will run from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The cost to attend both sessions is $89, or $59 for one session. The deadline to register is Oct. 31. A group discount for three or more people from the same organization will be given.
