All Shawnee State University alumni may use the Clark Memorial library building, library resources, and a selected number of the library public computers for research purposes. Resources include books, magazines, journals, newspapers, videos, reference materials, Ebooks, Ejournals, digital media and government documents.

• Anyone who has completed 12 or more credit hours at the university is eligible for alumni library privileges. The SSU Alumni office is located in the basement of the Administration Building in Room 001 (740.351.3182).  The Alumni office issues an alumni card for identification purposes. Alumni must present this card at the library circulation counter to borrow library materials.
• Access to electronic databases and Microsoft OFFICE word processing and spreadsheet software is also provided on designated stations.
• Access to the Clark Memorial Library catalog and web page and OhioLINK catalog is available.
• Librarians are available at the reference/information counter (740.351.3321) to answer any questions about the use of the library.
• Copiers are available at a cost of 10 cents a copy; color copies are $.25.
• Printouts from public computers are 10¢ and available for pickup at the Circulation Counter.
• Email and internet access to the World Wide Web is not available.

The Shawnee State University Library is pleased to extend library privileges to individuals affiliated with OhioLINK member libraries when visiting the Clark Memorial Library. SSU items may be borrowed upon presentation of current campus identification.
