Creating Your Own Podcasts

::   You may tell a story from your own oral tradition.

::   You may read a story that you have located in print if it has gone out of copyright and is now in the public domain. (This would be basically anything that was published in the United States before 1923.  The Cornell Copyright Information Center has a helpful chart.)

::  Remember to acknowledge your source.

::  The easiest way (that I know of) to create a podcast is to use GarageBand (standard on Macintosh) and put the mp3 file on your blog or wiki.

::   Audacity ( (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)  ) is a free software available for both Windows PC or Macintosh.
