Dear 2011 Shawnee State graduate:
We at Shawnee State University are very proud of your
accomplishments. In our continuing efforts to follow-up on your
progress and to assist future graduates we would appreciate your
response to the questions on the attached graduate survey. Your
participation in this brief online survey is very important in
helping us to assess our academic programs and services provided for
students. Students graduating in 2011 can complete the online
survey and submit by email to the Office of Career Development by following the guidelines
below.
I would also recommend that you keep your contact
information current with the Alumni Association so that you will receive
periodic correspondence and updates from that office about upcoming
events and services.

How to submit your survey form: Fill out the form, and
save a copy of it in your "My Documents" folder. To save a copy
of it (after filling it out), click on "File", and choose "Save
As", and then select "Save". Notice that you are in your "My
Documents" folder, and that the file name is
"Graduate_Survey.pdf". Now,
click here to open a new email message in Outlook,
click on the "paper clip" to insert your file, select
"Graduate_Survey.pdf", and then click "Insert". Finally, click
on "Send" to submit your form. If you have any questions or
