Dear 2007and 2008 Shawnee State graduate:
We at Shawnee State University are very proud of
your accomplishments. In our continuing efforts to follow-up on your
progress and to assist future graduates we would appreciate your
response to the questions on the attached graduate survey. Your
participation in this brief online survey is very important in helping
us to assess our academic programs and services provided for students.
2007 graduates may have initially received a survey through the mail. If you have
already completed and returned the printed version it is not necessary
to complete the on-line survey unless there have been changes. Students
graduating in 2008 can complete the online survey and submit by
email to the Office of Career Services by following the guidelines
below.
I would also recommend that you keep your contact
information current with the Alumni Association so that you will receive
periodic correspondence and updates from that office about upcoming
events and services.

How to submit your survey form: Fill out the form, and
save a copy of it in your "My Documents" folder. To save a copy
of it (after filling it out), click on "File", and choose "Save
As", and then select "Save". Notice that you are in your "My
Documents" folder, and that the file name is
"Graduate_Survey.pdf". Now,
click here to open a new email message in Outlook, click on
the "paper clip" to insert your file, select
"Graduate_Survey.pdf", and then click "Insert".
Finally, click on "Send" to submit your form. If you have any
