Federal Loans/Grants and All Other Refunds
Fall Semester 2011

If you are the recipient of a federal loan/grant (Pell, SEOG), and if all aid posted to your student account exceeds your fees for the semester, you can expect a refund.  Students with out-of-pocket payments exceeding their fees for the semester can expect a refund.  HIGHER ONE will be processing refunds according to your refund option made at HIGHER ONE (www.easyrefundcard.com), beginning September 1, 2011 and then weekly thereafter.

NOTE:  All Financial Aid, including loans (Electronic Funds Transfer & Paper checks) will be posted to the student's account and refunds will be processed according to your refund option.

Students should direct any disbursement dates and/or eligibility questions to the Student Business Center (740) 351-4357.

All refunds are processed weekly.
PLEASE NOTE: All student refunds will be processed according to your refund option made with HIGHER ONE.  You must keep your address current with the Student Business Center or online via MYSSU, AND with HIGHER ONE at - www.easyrefundcard.com
